In this video I did a solo cover of BTS (방탄소년단) ‘SWIM’—and yeah, I tried covering this in my own lane. Quick disclaimer up front: I’m a baritone, not a tenor, so I’m not chasing the original vibe note-for-note. I leaned into a lower, more grounded delivery and focused on keeping the performance smooth and emotional, especially through the repeated “swim, swim” hook and the “mad world” sections. I also handled everything end-to-end: vocal performance, mixing, and mastering. The goal was to keep the vocal upfront and intimate while still letting the track breathe—clean transitions, controlled dynamics, and a polished top without getting harsh.
