About This Video

In this video I reviewed the Juzear Harrier, and I called it “a great IEM that’s misunderstood by many” for a reason. HiFiGO sent it over, but as always this is 100% my own opinion. The Harrier is a multi-driver set (1DD + 6BA + 2 microplanar) around the $300 range, and I went through the unboxing, accessories (tons of tips, modular termination, case, cloth), plus build and comfort. The shell finishing is super smooth, and somehow Juzear kept it a normal-sized IEM even with nine drivers, which is a big win for comfort. Sound-wise, my first impression was basically: it doesn’t have that instant “wow factor.” Everything just sounds in place—nice—and that’s it. But after more listening, the tuning really grew on me, and I started appreciating how controlled and “well-behaved” it is. To me it reminds me of an HD650/660S2 vibe with extra bass: warm, intimate, holographic layering, and really, really good vocals. Bass is rounded, bouncy, punchy, and controlled; mids are mellow but chef’s kiss for vocals and instruments; treble is slightly recessed with that 10k dip that makes people complain online. If you want a bit more bite without ruining the cozy tonality, I also shared a simple one-band EQ idea.
