About This Video

Hey guys, what’s up — in this video I’m sharing a set of photos I took around Berkeley and Emeryville on my Fujifilm X100V using the Leica-Like V2 recipe by Mark G. Adams (from One Camera One Lens). I was in Berkeley for my little cousin’s graduation, so I brought my camera along and treated it like a quick photo walk to see how this recipe would handle real-life scenes, people, and street moments. What made this one especially fun for me is that it was actually my first time using the Provia film simulation. I really like how vibrant the recipe is while still keeping things looking pretty natural — it’s not super stylized like some of the other recipes I’ve tried. The one thing I noticed is that in some situations it can lean a little too blue, but honestly nothing a small white balance adjustment can’t fix. Also, just a heads up: I did use a diffusion filter for these shots, so if you try the recipe without it, your images will probably come out with a bit more contrast than mine. If you want more photos from this set, I’m posting them over on my Instagram.
