It’s Valentine’s Day weekend, so you already know I had to lean into the vibes—cozy, pink/purple, and a little bit whimsical. I start this weekend vlog with a Princess Polly try-on (they sponsored today’s video), and I’m sharing the pieces I picked out, how they fit, and what I’m excited to style them with. A lot of it is giving “frolicking in a forest” energy (in the best way), plus some super comfy options that still feel a little elevated. After that, Luke and I do a really sweet little reading date moment—library stop, book shopping, and a Valentine’s Day challenge where we pick books for each other at Barnes & Noble. He chose Dark Matter for himself, and I ended up going with I Cheerfully Refused (mostly because the cover caught his eye and Kristen Hannah’s blurb fully sold me). The rest of the vlog is very much my favorite kind of cozy reset: tea, a low-energy hobby day because I got sick, a Michaels paint-by-numbers update, and a little “last / now / next” reading check-in (including me obsessing over The Favorites and how good the Play Along reading experience is).
