Happy new year, you guys—this video is my 2026 reset, but not in a “full factory reset, change my entire life” way. I really like my life, and I feel like the pressure around a new year can get a little intense, so I’m focusing on resets that actually enhance my day-to-day and make things easier: getting back into a routine, cleaning, decluttering, reorganizing, and setting goals in a way that feels supportive (not stressful). I start with practical stuff like laundry, putting away Christmas things, and even washing my makeup brushes (the amount of grime that came off… proof I needed to do it months ago). Then I tackle my closet—nothing too extreme since we moved at the end of September 2025, but I still reassess what I’m not wearing and reorganize my sweaters, winter pieces, and the “barely worn” basket. I also talk through my style goal for this year: comfy, low-maintenance, casual, but still a little chic. After that, I take a break to yap about my 2025 favorites (Mellie, Diet Coke, loving literary/realistic fiction, trips with Luke, the library, and my vlogging camera). I wrap up by decluttering makeup and switching into a new flat makeup bag so I can actually see everything—and finally stop getting sparkles all over my face.
