A couple more weeks have gone by in Tokyo and I still love being here. Japan has do many wonderful places to discover and whilst I stay here for 2 months I feel like I can go into depth with Tokyo. In this video I will bring you along for some of my moments here. The well known Cat Temple, Running, some cultural sights including Mori Art Museum, a lot (oops) of shopping, tranquil moments and great eats. I am heading to Kanazawa this upcoming weekend (November 14th) which will be really exciting to share with you. About This Video

Welcome to a new vlog from Tokyo :) A couple more weeks have gone by and I still can’t get over how much I love being here—especially now that the leaves have turned orange and yellow. I take you with me to Setagaya on a sunny day to visit the famous “Cat Temple” (the birthplace of the luck-inviting cat), spot the cutest cat-themed surprises (yes, even a cat train!), and then head back toward Shibuya for a matcha café I’d wanted to try for ages. It was popular on social media so I had my concerns… but the matcha was actually really good. Then we go full Tokyo mode: cultural sights, runs, shopping, and little cozy moments in between. I finally check out the Sou Fujimoto architectural exhibition at Mori Art Museum—52 floors up with an unreal view over the city—and I genuinely couldn’t believe it when I turned around and he was there. I also do some running-shopping (I was looking for shoes for my rotation… found clothes instead), make a quick stop in Shinjuku for Bandit and Soar, and share a few of my favorite finds like stationery, a JR souvenir, and the dream Twemco flip clock we want for our apartment. Plus: a tiny bakery, an unexpectedly beautiful ceremony, and the classic “from books to burgers” kind of day.
