This week of marathon training was the hardest but at the same time also the most rewarding. Double sessions, my longest run and most intense week so far! I'm so happy with the progress I'm seeing and it excites me for race day in Paris on April 12th! 💫 I recorded the video with my new DJI Osmo Nano (Not sponsored, I just got it myself). I'm still getting to know the camera so I hope you can bear with me that the video quality may not be as great as my previous videos 💕 I enjoyed this week and I hope you did too watching along. About This Video

Hey guys — in this video I’m taking you through my peak week of marathon training for Paris (April 12th), aka my biggest week in terms of volume and training load. It’s the hardest week, but also the most rewarding, because I can genuinely see the progress. I show you what the highest-volume week looks like in real life: treadmill intervals (I actually quite like it because you can just lock in), a double day with a swim in the morning and an easy run later, and a few easy runs where “easy” is all about heart rate in zone 2 — not pace — so I don’t overdo it. I also answer a question I get all the time about run clubs in Copenhagen and take you to MK Running by Mel & Kaffe, which is the one community I’d recommend if you want a social run (even though I mostly prefer running alone). The big moment of the week is my longest run ever in marathon prep: 34 km at a conversational pace. I share how I fueled (150g oats + corn flakes, plus gels at 10 km and 22 km with a backup) and how I mentally approached the distance. By the end, I wrap up the week at 72 km and talk about trusting the process — because I’ve come from being in the worst shape of my life to feeling confident I can go for a PB in Paris. I also filmed everything on my new DJI Osmo Nano, so you’ll see me testing angles and learning as I go.
