In this video is share some of them with you whilst capturing some fall-moments from Japan. I decided to include moment from Kanazawa to show you the beautiful scenery. About This Video

I’ve spent two months living in Tokyo, and with that comes a very real list of favourites—places I keep going back to for food, matcha moments, running gear, and that specific Tokyo “street vibe” I can’t get enough of. Before we dive into the city, I take you with me to Kanazawa for a little weekend reset from city-life: long walks, peak fall scenery, cute shops and souvenirs… and yes, a matcha that was really bad (I can’t hide it 😭). Back in Tokyo, my Danish friend Rebekka flies in from LA and I go full guide-mode. We start with my current obsession: a tonkatsu spot where you sit at the bar and watch it being prepared—there’s usually a short line, but it’s worth it. I also take you shopping around Harajuku, share a classic cheap conveyor belt sushi stop in Shibuya, and we attempt to “conquer” the Yamanote line (packed like canned sardines) and survive the Shinjuku Station maze. Along the way I pop into a running shop in Shibuya (new tempo shoes for progressive long runs and speed work—tax free, thank the lord), show a calm coffee shop I love even though I don’t like coffee, and end with my personal Tokyo tradition: a place that helps me connect and feel calm—plus ramen that’s less greasy and more whole-food based.
