About This Video

Hey guys — in this video I’m finally properly back on YouTube and I’m taking you through what my day actually looks like right now: training for not one but two marathons (Paris on April 12th and Copenhagen on May 10th) while studying online, plus everything I eat along the way. I start my morning with breakfast because I genuinely cannot function without food before doing anything, and then I head to the pool for a 2 km swim. Swimming has become such a joy for me lately — it’s calm, there’s no phone, no music, just you — and it’s also the perfect cross training when the weather in Denmark is… rough. After the swim I make my daily matcha (my current favorite is one I brought from Japan, from Shizuoka) and get into uni work before my next session. I also share a little running gear update, including some ON favorites and my carbon-plated tempo shoes, and then we get into the workout: treadmill intervals (because yes, I hate the treadmill, but short interval sessions are doable). I’m following a structured plan on Runna, and I also share a big life decision: I’m making YouTube my number one priority again with weekly Sunday uploads. We finish the day with a very necessary bakery treat (it’s February carnival season in Denmark) and the simplest comfort dinner: pasta, greens, and burrata — because burrata does it all.
