Seeing our home coming together feels amazing and it just really excites me to share it with you! Once it’s complete I will be sure to record a full apartment tour with every, single detail like I did in my old apartment. Keeping it Japan style with a bit of edge seems like the style we are going for. I hope this was cozy to watch and inspirational for your own place :) (I can confirm speaking Japanese in public was really nerve-wracking) *LINKS & DISCOUNTS* Organic Basics https://organicbasics.pxf.io/POBNDz Code: KATHARINA10 RUNNA https://web.runna.com/redeem?code=KATHARINA Code: KATHARINA (2-week free trial) Electrolytes and vitamins: https://www.supplme.com code: KATHARINA15 Sqaurespace: https://squarespace.com/katharina code: KATHARINA10 *VIDEO INFO* Filmed with DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and edited in Final Cut Pro X Music: Epidemic Sound – https://share.epidemicsound.com/n23faf *LET'S CONNECT* Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/katharinaschneiderr/ Strava – https://www.strava.com/athletes/67275176 All business inquiries at contactkschneider@gmail.com Chapters 0:00 Intro 0:20 so far so good (current situation) 3:00 IKEA finds 4:27 End of season 5:02 I want to start a Matcha business 6:31 Assembling and decorating 7:16 Japanese learning progress 9:07 Summary (we are getting there!) About This Video

In this video I’m finally giving you a much-needed apartment update from Copenhagen, because it’s honestly been far too long. We’re now both fully moved in, and the whole goal is to make this place feel like a home—not just somewhere we stay. I walk you through what’s still chaotic (yes, the living room was extremely boring at this point), what we’ve already set up (shoe storage, jacket rack, a little storage cabinet), and what’s waiting to be assembled, like shelves, my old dining table, and a few chairs from my previous apartment. The kitchen is where the biggest transformation happened. I show you our matcha setup, grains and snacks, the steel behind the stove, and the counter front that finally hides the washing machine. Then we do a very necessary IKEA run to pick up the last essentials for our bed—mattress topper, basic white linen, and a light matcha-green sheet that I’m obsessed with. Later, I also push myself out of my comfort zone and try ordering onigiri in Japanese in public (it was genuinely one of the most awkward moments of my life, but step one is done). To wrap it up, I share what’s now in place: the Japanese knife display, the sleeper couch moved into the living room, a glass coffee table, a desk setup with Tokyo details, and the Japanese bed frame I’ve been dreaming about for over a year. We’re not finished yet, but the big pieces are finally under control—and once everything’s more complete, I’ll film a full apartment tour with every single detail.
