The essence of a perfect weekend in Copenhagen packed down to 12 minutes. I enjoyed myself with such great people, a lot of socialising, first 'gus' session in 6 months and preparing to start uni on September 1st - crazy. *LINKS & DISCOUNTS* Organic Basics https://organicbasics.pxf.io/POBNDz Code: KATHARINA10 RUNNA https://web.runna.com/redeem?code=KATHARINA Code: KATHARINA (2-week free trial) Electrolytes and vitamins: https://www.supplme.com code: KATHARINA15 Sqaurespace: https://squarespace.com/katharina code: KATHARINA10 *VIDEO INFO* Filmed with DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and edited in Final Cut Pro X Music: Epidemic Sound – https://share.epidemicsound.com/n23faf *LET'S CONNECT* Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/katharinaschneiderr/ Strava – https://www.strava.com/athletes/67275176 All business inquiries at contactkschneider@gmail.com Chapters 0:00 intro 0:24 9T7 morning run and event 1:29 what makes this weekend special 3:30 the coolest haul 4:49 preparing for uni 6:57 afternoon duties 8:23 slow, sunday morning 10:02 sauna and cold plunge 11:04 this makes me happy Tags Copenhagen, weekend vlog, Copenhagen vlog, what to do in Copenhagen, sauna gus, cold plunge, running in Copenhagen, social run, Copenhagen activities, best of summer in copenhagen

About This Video

This video is basically the essence of my perfect Copenhagen weekend packed into 12 minutes — and it’s also my last weekend here as a non-uni student. I started the vlog right in the middle of a 9T7 run event (sorry, I was a bit of a mess), but it was such a good morning: great people, great vibes, and I picked up a really cool black 9T7 singlet that I’m genuinely excited to race in (Copenhagen Half Marathon, hello) and even bring to Tokyo. After that, I did what I always do: I went for a matcha at my favorite place, Alaska Café — and yes, I brought my own soy milk because that’s just how I like it. The big theme of the weekend was switching gears mentally: I biked to a public library to do some “pre-study studying” and scout a spot I can actually work from once uni starts (because if I sit at home all the time, I’ll go crazy). I also shared a very real runner moment: sore legs, lots of pasta cravings, and just needing a slow morning. To finish it off, I did my first gus session in six months (sauna + ice bath), which was equal parts recovery and social event — and honestly, it made me so happy. It felt like the perfect little send-off weekend before a new chapter starts.
