About This Video

This week’s BrickLink Store Diary (Week 17) was a little slower than last week, but honestly, anytime I get orders I’m calling it a decent week. I’m covering the date range from Friday Jan 16 through Thursday Jan 22, 2026, and I had three orders total. That worked out to 57 lots and 532 parts shipped, and one of those orders was huge—389 parts—with a big chunk of it being the same part (a masonry brick), which is always fun to see when someone really needs something specific. Shipping-wise, I sent orders to Delaware (again), Georgia, and a brand-new state for me: Rhode Island. The Rhode Island order was especially cool because it was my 100th order overall—kind of exciting, and I probably should’ve led with that, but I’ve been fighting off a bug this weekend. I also talk about how interesting it’s been seeing Bricks & Minifigs locations order from me (usually minifigure parts, animals, accessories). Inventory-wise, I parted out four Willy Wonka sets. They’re only 2,25x-ish pieces each, but the real “rough” part is the lots—over 500 different lots—so it takes time to sort and upload. The payoff is I crossed a milestone: from 112,284 parts last week to 120,080 items in the store this week, and yes, the Willy Wonka figs and parts are live.
