About This Video

Welcome back to my weekly BrickLink store diary—Week 24 of selling on BrickLink—and yeah… this one’s a little bit of a gut check. Sales were down again: only two orders this week (shipped to Ohio and Tennessee), but they were decent-sized in terms of variety—59 lots and 397 total parts. It’s still discouraging when you feel momentum and then it dips, but this is where I’m learning to stay the course, figure out what’s working, and keep building the store instead of chasing every shiny idea. On the inventory side, we absolutely made progress. My wife helped me part out a bunch of sets, including several GWPs (Coral Reef, Northern Lights, and Tropical Rainforest), plus the Endgame Final Battle and the “Ladies of Marvel” set. That pushed the store up to 156,551 parts across 4,374 lots. I also dug into two backlog sets with very different outcomes: a cheap Eternals set that’s probably getting parted out for the extra parts, and an older Star Wars Imperial Patrol Battle Pack that’s likely going up as a complete set because minifigs aren’t exactly flying out of my store. The big takeaway: I’d rather these sets stop living in my closet and start doing something—either as parts or as a set—while I keep building toward a better LEGO City parts pipeline.
