About This Video

This week on Bricking News, it’s me (Jason) and Alex doing what we do best: bouncing between LEGO talk, community stuff, and whatever chaos shows up on the snack table. We start off with a classic “Everything Stinks” segment, including those viral LEGO “fail” compilations where people “accidentally” drop giant sets. Spoiler: a bunch of it looks staged, and one clip was a little too familiar—yep, they straight-up grabbed footage of my son Joshua knocking over my old LEGO tower. Dirty rats stealing my stuff, man. We also dig into sponsored content and getting paid as a LEGO creator—what’s fair, what feels forced, and how I handle it when a company offers real money. My take: I’m fine with it as long as it’s LEGO-related, disclosed, and I can still be honest. The worst-case scenario is getting paid to review something that’s actually trash, so I’d rather have that conversation up front than fake a “this is great” review. And yes, we did the snack segment. Durian cider was an absolute crime scene in a bottle—smelled like used gym socks and regret—but somehow tasted less awful than it smelled. Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvelous Creations, on the other hand, saved the episode with pop-rock chaos and chewy bits that actually worked.
