2026 is here, and in this episode I’m doing two things: showing you the (pretty unusual) LEGO stuff I actually got for Christmas, and sharing a few channel + BrickLink store plans for the year. First up is a LEGO building game that my wife grabbed after seeing it on the A-FOL podcast—I've only built one thing so far, but it’s a fun little change-up. Then she surprised me with the Jango Fett helmet, which I genuinely needed because I’m trying to round out my helmet collection (I’m basically down to just Kylo Ren). The highlight, though, is an Oswald mosaic my daughter wanted to design—my family and some LEGO friends helped pull it together, and I framed it with parts from my personal collection (not my store). Up close it’s “a bunch of dots,” but from farther away the image really pops. On the channel side, I’m keeping the weekly BrickLink store update videos going, but I’m moving them to Mondays because Friday/Saturday uploads have been tough with everything else I’m trying to release. I also don’t want the store to take over my LEGO hobby, so I’m aiming for bigger part-outs every other week to free up time for actual building—especially my LEGO City. I’ve got city updates and builds I did in December that I still need to turn into videos, and I’m still figuring out the right balance between Shorts and longer content. Happy building.
