About This Video

In this video I’m basically treating it like a mini podcast and just giving y’all a raw conversation about the hardships of running multiple businesses. Right now I’m juggling freelancing, YouTube, and my e-commerce brand, and I’m in that Q4 season where e-commerce gets crazy because it’s holiday money. That’s the real reason I haven’t been taking as many freelance jobs or filming as many behind-the-scenes videos—I’ll finish a shoot, hand off the footage, and I just want to dive right back into scaling the store. I also get into the hard truth about freelancing: stacking a bunch of low-paying gigs doesn’t magically attract high-paying clients. The more low-ticket jobs you do, the more low-ticket clients you attract—let’s just be honest. If you want higher budgets, sometimes you need to change the approach: relocate, stop calling yourself a “one man band,” buy a domain, run it like a real business, and position as a production company (even if it’s just you hiring contractors). At the end of the day, it’s reps, work ethic, testing new strategies, and staying open-minded. And if you’re scared it won’t work, I want you to ask yourself what I ask myself: what if you win?
