This year is coming to an end, and I know a lot of you didn’t hit every goal you wrote down. In this video I break down the limiting beliefs I had to remove to actually see real growth—especially in my freelance videography business. The first one was being obsessed with the timeline. Setting goals is cool, but when you’re comparing your growth rate to other people and trying to rush the process, it turns into stress, anxiety, and bad decisions. I had to accept the long season of trial and error because it trains you to manage the success when it finally shows up. Then I get into the raw reality that no one is coming to save you—no one is going to help you the way you think they will—so you have to move like it’s on you. I also talk about abundance: money isn’t hard to make when you stop acting like it’s scarce and start believing it’s achievable. I walk through the mindset of “somebody out there has my money, they just haven’t met me yet,” and how that changes how you build an offer. I close with confidence and mastery—stop chasing the money and start focusing on being the best, because when your integrity, offer, and performance are locked in, the money follows.
