About This Video

In this real-time update, I’m sharing why I changed my RV plans at the last minute. I was originally scheduled to be in Colorado and then Michigan, but I decided to head to Washington State for the month of August (around the Seattle area) to do hands-on tech work and a few inspections each week. After that, I’m still coming back—I'll likely swing through Colorado briefly, do some work on my own RV, take a few appointments, and then I’ll be in Michigan for the entire fall doing inspections. So if you’ve been waiting on my Michigan schedule, I am coming—just a little later than planned. The big reason for this shift is simple: I want to keep growing. As a certified inspector, the more I understand the technician side—what’s normal, what’s not, and how systems really go together—the better inspector I can be for you. I’m going to be working alongside a friend who’s a certified tech and inspector, and I’m excited to learn her approach, tools, and techniques (especially practical ways to get things done when strength is a factor). I also give updates on my DIY RV Inspection Workbook (now revised with a new undercarriage section), my private community (free when you buy the workbook), and new 1-on-1 coaching options. And yes—I may test out a few travel/vlog-style videos on the way to Washington, because sometimes you’ve got to experiment and see what you like.
