In this video I’m fixing the super annoying iPhone issue where the App Store says “No Internet Connection” or “Cannot Connect to App Store,” and tapping Retry does absolutely nothing. This can happen for a bunch of different reasons, so I walk you through 8 proven fixes step by step, and you should follow them in order because the cause isn’t the same for everyone. First, I show you how to check Apple’s System Status to confirm it’s not an Apple-side outage. Then we test your connection with speedtest.net and I explain what speeds are “good enough” (5–20 Mbps) versus when you should switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data. After that, I go through the fixes that solve this for a lot of people: force restarting the iPhone (volume up, volume down, then hold power until the Apple logo), refreshing Date & Time settings, signing out and back into your Apple ID (only if you know your password), and disconnecting any VPN that might be interfering. If you’re still stuck, I show you how to reset network settings (without deleting your personal data) and finally how to update iOS to remove bugs that can block the App Store connection.
