So I walk you through the fastest built-in method Instagram gives you to remove multiple posts at once, which is perfect if you’re rebranding, switching niches, or just want a clean feed. I show you the exact path inside the Instagram app (and the steps are basically the same on iPhone and Android). You’ll go to your profile, tap the three lines, open “Your activity,” then head to “Content you shared” and choose “Posts.” From there, you can tap “Select” and pick a bunch of posts in one go. Instagram still doesn’t have a true “delete all” button, but you can select up to 100 posts at a time—so clearing your profile becomes way more manageable and you’ll see your feed clean up almost instantly.
