Are you trying to send a large video on WhatsApp but keep getting a file size error? In this video, I’ll show you two easy and effective ways to send large videos on WhatsApp using both iPhone and Android devices. First, you’ll learn how to send videos up to 2GB directly through WhatsApp by using the Document option instead of the standard photo/video upload method — allowing you to keep the original quality without compression. Then, if your video is even bigger, I’ll show you a smart workaround that lets you share videos up to 100GB by uploading them privately to YouTube and sending the link securely through WhatsApp. #AppTutor #WhatsApp

About This Video

If WhatsApp keeps telling you your video is “too big,” this is exactly the fix I use. In this tutorial, I walk you through two simple methods to send large videos on WhatsApp from iPhone or Android—without guessing, and without wasting time. The first method is the most basic one inside WhatsApp, but with one key change that avoids the usual video size problem. First, I show you how to send videos up to 2GB by using the Document option instead of the normal photo/video picker. When you attach your video as a document, WhatsApp lets it upload properly, and the person on the other end can open it in the original resolution (no annoying compression). Then, if your file is bigger than 2GB, I show you my “100GB+” workaround: upload the video in the YouTube mobile app, set it to Private, and then grab the share link. YouTube will prompt you to switch to Unlisted so the link works—then you just copy the link and send it on WhatsApp. That’s it.
