(Past Live Stream) Assembling the Next Gen CR-10 Style Enclosure Kit

(Recorded Live Stream) I just received some new Next Gen CR-10 Style Enclosure Kits and tonight I put one together! As you can see in my video, it can be a challenge to assemble without help! The panels are big and as you scroll through my video, you can see lining up the panels and placing the machine screw/square nut into position can be fun! I have the previous version of this enclosure, made from melamine (6 mm thick, I believe). What I like about the enclosure is it does a very good job helping maintain the temps and my prints look notably better than prints on my printers that aren't enclosed. I also have a BOFA 3D PrintPRO 2 Fume Extraction System connected to it, which makes printing safer (VOCs and Nanoparticles). I plan to install BlazeCut fire suppression tubing to the top soon. This Next Gen version is using Aluminum Composite Material (ACM), which is thin aluminum with plastic sandwiched in the middle. The ACM is 3mm thick. I made a few goofs along the way by putting the back panel in the wrong way! Someone in chat caught that, so I was able to fit that pretty easily. I plan to do a review video of this but I wanted to share the assembly process on a Live Stream, now that I have that setup working much better than before!
