I walk through the exact stuff that’s worked for me: keep videos concise (15 minutes and under is a sweet spot for a lot of viewers), keep it fun (if you’re not enjoying it, it shows), and invest in good audio and decent video without going crazy chasing 4K. I also talk about being careful with background music so your voice stays clear, improving every single upload (even if your old videos still blow up), and actually reading comments without taking everything personally. On the practical side, I cover editing hard to cut the ramble, using time codes so viewers can jump around, and not chasing the algorithm by rushing low-quality uploads. I also share what I learned from experimenting with Facebook/Meta boosting, and why I focus more on views than subscriber count—then I remind you to simply ask people to subscribe.
