The first step is simple: open your browser, search “Amazon Flex,” and click into the official site. From there, you’ll hit “Deliver Now,” but the key thing to know is that the actual sign-up is done through the mobile app—either on iPhone via the Apple Store or Android via Google Play. I also cover the main eligibility requirements you’ll need before you apply. You must live in a city where Amazon Flex operates (the app shows this), be 18+, have a valid UK driver’s licence, be entitled to work in the UK, and have a midsize vehicle with five seats or larger. You’ll also need a commercial insurance policy (business insurance) and you’ll have to pass a background check. Once you complete the application, there’s validation and an onboarding process with tasks to finish. After you’re onboarded, you can reserve delivery blocks, see the duration and pay, collect packages at the assigned address/time, scan them in the app as you load up, and then head out to deliver.
