In this video, I walk you through the basics of building a house in Heartopia (Harttopia) in a super beginner-friendly way. Building is one of the core parts of the game, and once you own a plot you can jump into build mode and start placing floors, walls, and furniture freely. I show you exactly where to go—stand close to your house until the build icon pops up, then tap “solo building” to enter building mode. If you don’t see the icon yet, it usually means your level is still low, so you’ll need to progress the main story first. Once you’re in build mode, I demo the key actions: removing items (like windows), changing wall colors, moving building materials, and repositioning furniture. I also show how the menus let you switch between furniture items, building materials, brushes (for interior/exterior painting), and even pre-built room templates. The big takeaway is flexibility: you can rotate, move, and remove items anytime, with no penalty for redesigning. As you progress, you unlock more plots to expand your house size—so take your time, experiment, and build at your own pace.
