Tokyo with my sisters just hits different, and this vlog is basically me living my best “we’re complete” moment. We land with all our luggages, check into our Airbnb in Shimokitazawa, and I do a quick little tour (kitchen, rooms, and yes—me and Bella ended up on the floor lol). From there, I take everyone around my old stomping grounds—places I used to hang out at when Tokyo felt like home for a few months—so it’s weird but also sooo nice to be back. We spend a lot of time in Shimokitazawa because our Airbnb is there, and I show them why it became one of my favorite areas: cute streets, thrift energy, and spots like Reload where I used to spend my breaks. Of course, I had to make them try my favorite coffee ever (Sidewalk Coffee Roasters), then we go shopping around the neighborhood (Muji, Desk Labo Stationery, and more). We also head to Daikanyama for a different vibe—think Ivy Place and the Tsutaya Bookstore—then wrap the day with simple plans like exploring and later a park picnic in Shinjuku. It’s short, sweet, and super us.
