Oh wow—oh my god, hey guys, we’re in New York. This vlog is basically a little sneak peek of my first time back in years, and I’m honestly just soaking up the energy, the food, and the chaos (except the prices… like why is everything $20+). I finally vlogged because the sun was out and the weather was so freaking nice, so we headed to Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and just did a chill explore day—mostly walking around, taking photos, and letting the city do its thing. We ate at Time Out Market near DUMBO (it’s like a food court with so many options). My Thai noodles were so, so good, but my mom’s chicken with pickles was… not it—super soggy, especially for the price. We also stopped by S&P for that very diner vibe and tried their famous sandwich moment, then did some shopping because it was Memorial Day weekend so there were sales. I went to Trader Joe’s (again… I’ve been like six times in two weeks—heaven, truly) and even popped into TJ Maxx to hunt for discounted finds. To end the day, my mom and I had the coziest Central Park picnic at Sheep Meadow. It was around 5 PM and still so bright, and we just laid down, ate snacks, and rested—such a simple, happy New York moment.
