About This Video

I’m back in Tokyo and I basically tried to explore every nook and cranny—starting in Ginza with a really big bookstore that was honestly so nice (they even sell bags and little lifestyle things). I also did my very real hotel room tour: we chose the smallest room in the best location because we’re barely in the room anyway. It’s new, modern, and totally fine… just tiny. And yes, I had the yummiest matcha, which instantly made everything feel worth it. This vlog is very cafe-and-food coded. I hit up spots like Coffee Wrights (so, so nice), and I’m sharing the kind of Tokyo days I love: walking a ton, sweating because the weather said rain but it was actually hot, and just letting the city lead. We also had one of our best meals at a dry ramen spot near our hotel (we were starving—our last meal was at 11 a.m.), and then had a very embarrassing moment where my sister walked straight into a glass door on the way out. The next day is a fresh reset and we head to Daikanyama for cute shops, plus more coffee in Nakameguro. It’s cozy, simple, and very “travel days + cafe hopping + shopping finds” — my favorite kind of Tokyo routine.
