My Etsy shop - SewRayMeUk https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/SewRayMeUK Instagram https://www.instagram.com › sewrayme Music source - www.epidemicsound.com Try 1 month for free here - https://www.epidemicsound.com/referral/o626wu Mincemeat oat cookie recipe - 100g butter 50g brown sugar 50g plain flour 100g oats 2-3 tbsp mincemeat 1tbsp Demerara (or brown sugar) 1/2 tsp mixed spice Mix all ingredients together as I did in the video - reserve the Demerara sugar and mixed spice for later. Place in walnut size balls on a lined baking tray. Flatten slightly and sprinkle with Demerara sugar mixed together with the mixed spice. Bake at 170 degrees for approx 15 minutes. Check carefully as they’ll burn easily. Leave to cool on the baking tray where they’ll firm up.
