This new workout will quickly become your new favorite full body weight training workout! We will work the entire body in a standing position and all exercises are osteoporosis friendly. Exercises are set to a timer so go at your own pace and use weights that are appropriate for your fitness level. For this workout I'm using a set of 3lb (1.5kg) weights and a set of 8lb (3.5kg)weights. The workout is as follows: 45 seconds upper body exercise 45 seconds upper body exercise 45 seconds lower body exercise 45 seconds lower body exercise 60 seconds combo upper body 60 seconds combo lower body This totals one round. There are 4 rounds total in this video. I'm using the lighter set of weights for rounds 1&3 and the medium/heavy set for rounds 2&4.
