I already did a full review of the Asus ProArt 6K Display (PA32QCV), but this video is a re-review for one simple reason: the first unit I got had a really bad panel, and the second one I received is really good—good enough that it completely changes the experience and deserved its own follow-up. The unboxing and the basics are the same (including the lack of a power brick), and most of my original notes still apply. What changed is the panel quality—backlight consistency, uniformity, and the overall “is this thing tiring to use all day?” factor. On my first PA32QCV, one side of the screen was noticeably brighter than the other, which made my eyes constantly adjust left to right. That’s not just annoying—it’s fatiguing over long workdays. The second panel is basically perfect: consistent backlight across the screen and consistent colors everywhere. I also talk about the matte coating (yes, there’s still that shimmer/paper-like effect up close), power-on speed versus Apple’s Pro Display XDR and LG’s UltraFine 6K, and why I’m still sticking with IPS/miniLED instead of OLED for productivity—because I leave the same image up all day and I don’t want to deal with burn-in.
