About This Video

In this video I’m sharing all my favourite Montessori resources and exactly where I find them—because I get asked this all the time, and I know how frustrating it is when everything looks amazing… and then you see the price tag. I walk you through the books that helped me most when I was getting started with Montessori at home (especially if you’ve got a toddler), plus a few parenting and communication reads that I genuinely think every parent can benefit from. I also cover my go-to places to shop for Montessori materials depending on what you need: big furniture pieces (IKEA and local carpenters), trusted Montessori suppliers (including options in the UK/Europe and worldwide), and budget-friendly places like Etsy, Amazon (with a big reminder to check reviews and sizing—pink tower, I’m looking at you), eBay, and Facebook Marketplace. Then I move into printable and online resources—mostly free—like Teachers Pay Teachers and my favourite Montessori blogs, with Montessori Print Shop as my “last resort” when I can’t find what I need elsewhere. Finally, I share a few of my favourite “often forgotten” resources: your local library, toy rotation and subscription boxes, cheap craft supplies (hello, Daiso), nature walks, recycled materials for DIY Montessori, and a few podcasts I actually do love. My biggest takeaway: you don’t need to spend a fortune to do Montessori well at home—you just need good sources and a bit of intention.
