Hey y’all—this video is a real wash day with Fenty Hair, and yes… I had thoughts. I’m literally in the shower dealing with a full bird’s nest (my hair had seen better days), but I still wanted to give the Rich One Shampoo and the Richer One Deep Conditioner a fair try. I did an oil pre-poo beforehand with my Moroccan Oil dry scalp treatment, then I drenched my hair (my favorite part, okay?) and shampooed in four sections because my hair is way too thick to do anything else. The Rich One Shampoo felt thicker/denser in my hands and lathered really nicely. It smelled like clean laundry—but expensive—and it did get my hair clean with some moisture, even though I wouldn’t call it super slippery. The Richer One Deep Conditioner was the “where did it go?” type of product—my hair drank it up so fast I kept feeling like I needed more. It left my hair soft and rinsed out easily, but the detangling had me working, and I honestly expected more moisture and slip. Overall, I liked both products, but I didn’t love them—and I still think the curl cream from this line is the standout from what I’ve tried so far.
