In this stream I unbox the Truthear x Crinacle Zero Red (yep, I bought this myself—no brand, no shop, no obligations) and I go through the stuff people actually care about: accessories, weight, housing/nozzle measurements, quick comfort notes, then straight-up listening impressions and a gaming test. The presentation is clean (I still like how it looks—no branding, just red), and Truthear’s tips are generally solid for me. My usual gripe is the cable: it works, but it’s not exactly “presentable.” The big story here is the fit. I measured that lip/nozzle diameter at about 6.8mm—“Among Us, holy”—which is way above my average across other IEMs. Somehow, it still ended up weirdly comfortable for me because the nozzle is long and the shell sits in a way that doesn’t press on much of my ear. Sound-wise, my take is simple: it’s pretty mid. Not bad, not amazing—just very neutral/vanilla, with enough bass and treble to be usable but not really “fun.” That neutrality makes it a legit option for editing/monitoring, but in gaming it got conflicting: detail and separation felt good, I hit wallbangs and called cues, yet directionality felt weird when things got messy. Also: I didn’t like the impedance rod—made it warm and muddy to my ears.
