In this stream I unbox the CCA Xyrra (Sydra) that CCA sent me, and I go through it the same way I do with every budget set: no “only good things” deal, no payment from the brand, and if it’s bad you’ll see it on my face. Right away, I talk about the basics on the box—27 ohms impedance and 110 sensitivity—so basically any cheap dongle/DAC-amp can drive it. Then I get into the unboxing and… yeah, I was already disappointed with the accessories. The packaging, cable, and even the ear tips felt very KZ-coded, and I wasn’t happy seeing that kind of “same old” bundle. After that, I check build and fit stuff and do my usual sizing/weight checks. The shells look nice (metal faceplate + clear back), but the “hybrid” claim had me side-eyeing it because I couldn’t clearly see the BA in the housing. Then I do quick first sound impressions: it comes off clean and pretty bright, with an upper-mid focus and “spicy” treble. Bass is more the kind you hear than feel—sub-bass rumble doesn’t really show up—so for music it can sound thin, but for gaming it might actually work because those boosted regions can help with cues and directionals. I end the first impressions basically like this: not impressed for fun listening, but I can see the gaming angle.
