Our first video trip out in quite a while. We headed to North Berwick to get back into the swing of videography again. After what felt like a long winter, the weather is finally getting better and our thoughts turn to future adventures. Here I paint an oil plein air landscape If you have enjoyed my channel and would like to support it, 'buy me a coffee' is the perfect way to do so! All money donated goes back into making new videos and adventures in our van. About This Video

In this video I finally get back to what I’ve been missing all winter: making movies on location. Tanya and I head out in the van to North Berwick for our first proper filming trip in quite a while, and it feels like a reset—dusting off the videography, getting the kit moving again, and remembering how much I love working outdoors when the weather starts to turn. On the painting side, I’m out there doing what I do best: an oil plein air landscape. It’s less about a polished studio finish and more about getting back into the swing—responding to what’s in front of me, keeping things simple, and enjoying that early-season feeling when the light and the air start hinting at bigger adventures to come. If you’ve been waiting for more on-the-road painting trips, this one is the start of that momentum again—and if you’d like to help keep these van adventures rolling, I’ve shared my Buy Me a Coffee link and my website where you can see more of my work.
