Now let’s get into the part that gagged me: the smell. The second I sprayed it, I was like… wow. This smells just like Burberry Goddess—like I’m not even trying to be dramatic. On paper it reads very similar but softer and it gets faint pretty fast, so I’m already side-eyeing longevity. On skin, it shifts a bit: I get more pink pepper and ginger up top, then it dries into a smooth, sweet vibe with cocoa/vanilla and a light caramel sweetness (not a drenched-in-caramel type of caramel). My takeaway? It’s nice, classy, and easy to wear, but it didn’t match the super gourmand marketing for me, and I’m not getting pistachio like that. If you love Burberry Goddess, this is basically a sweeter, lighter, more budget-friendly alternative—so I’m debating if I even need both in my collection.
