About This Video

In this video, I’m giving you a behind-the-scenes look at the tools I use to stay organized every single day—and more importantly, how I decide which tool to use when. My whole philosophy is that effective planning isn’t about having the “perfect” app or the prettiest notebook. It’s about building a productivity toolbox that supports steady execution, reflection, and sustainable wellness (because Type A doesn’t have to mean burnt out). I walk you through my 2026 productivity system, my morning ritual, and the exact mix of analog + digital tools that keep me consistent. I show you my inner thought journal, my 2026 bullet journal, and why I’m very intentionally running a hybrid planning system. On the digital side, I use ToDoIst and Productive for task management and habit tracking, plus my Notion daily planner to anchor my day. I also talk about the “daily” part meaning both morning and night routines, and I share how I use iPhone downtime controls and focus modes to protect my attention. Then we go into real life: a gym get-ready-with-me, the fitness tools I use to stay consistent, and a work-day montage where I show my research journal and my Notion research hub as a mathematical scientist.
