Work life balance has only been possible lately through my 5 am morning routine. Starting my day with intention has been pivotal for my personal development and journey as a writer. This video walks through my current 4 act morning ritual. About This Video

Lately, work-life balance has only been possible for me because of one decision: I start my day at 5 am. In this video, I walk you through my current “4 act” morning ritual—the structure that helps me make time for my passions (writing, journaling, and movement) before the day can demand anything from me. I share why 5 am is working in this season of my life, how I think about the “inner hour,” and why flow—aka order—matters when you’re trying to build a routine you can actually sustain. Because I’m a Type A wellness girl with a data brain, I’m not just romanticizing mornings. I connect the routine to systems thinking, feedback loops, and identity-based habits: I’m designing a life system that works within real constraints, not an ideal schedule that collapses the second something gets busy. I also share pieces from my journal and from my data, plus my writing ritual (including world-building updates and strategy), and then we move into gym time (arm day) and the healthy habits that help me feel grounded. The takeaway: your routine should support the person you’re becoming—and it should feel good to live inside.
