About This Video

January was honestly a trial-and-error month for me, so in this video I treat February like a clean restart—without the drama. I walk you through my 5-step monthly reset routine that I use to design my “Type A wellness” lifestyle with data, reflection, and real constraints (because the point is a system that works in real life, not a fantasy schedule). I start by reviewing my January goals, flipping through my bullet journal, and looking at what I actually did—not what I hoped I’d do. From there, I zoom out and treat my life like a dynamic system. I analyze habits by week and by system, looking for patterns over time and the feedback loops that were helping (or hurting) my follow-through. Then I move into my February goals with a clearer identity-based focus, build a content calendar, and set implementation intentions so I’m not relying on motivation. The takeaway: if a month “doesn’t work,” I don’t scrap myself—I adjust the system, tighten the constraints, and restart with better data.
