About This Video

This moving week vlog is basically my late-20s reality check: I’m trying to build a new life, but I can’t do it with old habits. I’m in the middle of a major transition—moving to a new apartment, starting year two of my systems medicine research postdoc, and heading into 29—so I’m reflecting (a lot) on what it actually looks like to align with my “highest self” when I don’t feel fully there yet. I take you through my leg day workout, a get-ready-with-me, and a very honest workday where imposter syndrome and confidence are absolutely in the chat. I also share post-conference career reflections—how I’m thinking about longevity, skill-building, and staying grounded while still aiming high. On the cozy side of the week, I give you a quick book review of The Testing Trilogy and talk about recommitting to reading and bullet journaling as part of my Type A Wellness routine (structure that supports me, not structure that suffocates me). And yes—there’s a moving recap that was truly an overheated nightmare, plus a new apartment tour and a weekly reset routine in my new space to help me feel settled, clear, and ready to elevate.
