About This Video

In this video, I’m basically admitting that I’m not low-maintenance anymore—and honestly, I’m fine with it. I walk through the lifestyle shifts that have happened for me in my late 20s as I’ve been designing my “ideal lifestyle” with more reflection and more data-driven decision making. It’s a mix of mindset and practical stuff: finding the joy on purpose, embracing little upgrades (yes, scrunchies, pointy-toe shoes, purses, trench coats), and letting my routines support the version of me I’m actually living as 29-year-old Quin—not who I was at 22. I also talk about the systems that hold my life together now: waking up early, time blocking, Notion, daily bullet journal spreads, and being very serious about health data (give me all the apps, I do not care). On the wellness side, I share what’s been working for movement (treadmill workouts), sleep (sleep masks, body pillows, no TV in the bedroom), and “slow living” as a Type A woman—meaning I’m still structured, I’m just more intentional. And I get into the social side too: low-maintenance connections, texting less, multitasking less, and what it looks like to know yourself well enough to stop forcing habits, aesthetics, or relationships that don’t fit anymore.
