About This Video

In this video, I’m walking you through a real-life weekend reset while I’m thinking about the biggest New Year trap: waiting to “feel motivated” instead of building consistency. I take you along for wash day, a cozy apartment refresh, and my morning ritual—because the way I design my environment and my routines is part of how I design my life. This is Type A wellness in practice: small, repeatable actions that reduce friction and make the “right” choice easier to keep choosing. I also sit down for a quarter review (what worked, what didn’t, and what I’m changing), then zoom out into my 2026 goals—habit goals and big-picture goals. I’m not chasing a perfect January; I’m building feedback loops, identity-based habits, and a system that can hold me even when my energy is low. If you want intentional accountability, I share how my We’re Productive People Club fits into that, plus how my Scholar Circle supports high-achieving women who want structure, reflection, and sustainable progress.
