About This Video

In this video, I’m doing a full-year flip through of my 2025 bullet journal—real pages, real life, and a planning system I actually stuck with. I walk you through my yearly spreads first, then month-by-month (January through December), so you can see what “consistent” looks like when you’re not trying to be perfect. For me, this is less about aesthetic spreads and more about designing my ideal lifestyle through data-driven decision making and reflection—because Type A wellness only works when it’s sustainable. As a PhD applied mathematician, I naturally treat my planning like a dynamic system: I set up feedback loops, track patterns over time, and make small adjustments that compound. I’m also thinking in terms of constrained optimization—what can I realistically do within my real-life limits—and implementation intentions (“if-then” plans) so my routines don’t fall apart when the week gets busy. If you’ve ever wanted a bullet journal approach that supports productivity, personal growth, and identity-based habits (without the pressure to be Pinterest-perfect), this flip through shows you exactly how I make it work.
