Hey y’all! In this video I’m sharing my huge Christmas decor haul for 2024 from Hobby Lobby, and everything I picked up to start my new tree setup. I upgraded from a 7ft tree to an 8ft tree (it’s a fake tree because I don’t do real trees—my allergies are terrible), and it has mixed lighting so it can be color or white. I’m also debating using the tree spinner I grabbed off Amazon last year, so you’ll have to stay tuned for my decorating video where I’ll show the fluffing and the full setup. I’m also switching up my color scheme this year. Last year I did red, white, and silver, but this year I’m leaning into that mauve/pink vibe with silver… and maybe a little gold/copper sneaking in. I show y’all the Mr. and Mrs. Claus, the pink “buckeye-looking” picks, copper-toned stems, and the big flower picks that you can shape because they’ve got metal inside (I love that). I also grabbed clip-on butterflies, garland ball strands for my fireplace, mauve snowflakes, a mix of plastic ornaments (because I’m clumsy and I’m not dealing with broken glass), and matching stocking hangers to pull everything together. Total was about $114 with tax, and I decorate the whole tree—front and back—so I’m keeping it cute all the way around.
