I don’t get a ton of TikTok orders, so I wanted to actually show how I pack my candles: what size box I use (8x4x4), how I wrap the jars so the glass doesn’t clank, and how I load up the packing peanuts because I just don’t trust them with glass. I also talk through the little details—care card, thank you card, and how TikTok’s packing slip is weird because it doesn’t show the customer name, just the buyer ID. I also add a freebie (spiked apple wax melt) and I include a free wick trimmer when someone buys three candles—because that’s what I said I was doing, even if I forgot to add it to my shop yet. After I weigh the box (33.7 oz), I head to the post office, chat a little bit about holiday errands (gas, Costco, maybe the nursery), and just real-life stuff—like trying not to go into Costco without a list because I’ll start putting things in the basket that I do not need.
