About This Video

In this video I walk through getting started with ProPresenter’s Bibles feature (aka Bible integrations) and how I actually recommend using it in a real church workflow. First, I show you where the Bible tab lives and why you might not see it—because it’s part of the “House of Worship Integrations” that can be toggled on/off in ProPresenter Settings > General. Then we tackle the first roadblock: if you don’t have any Bible translations installed, the Bible tab is basically empty. I’ll point you to the Renewed Vision account page where you can grab purchased translations, and I also show where the free/public domain options live. After that, we get into the fun part: looking up scripture fast (references like John 3:16–18, or even keyword searches like “for God” or “loved”). Then I pivot into presenting scripture well—because the default output isn’t always what you want. I go through Slide Options like showing verse numbers, breaking on new verse (one verse per slide), and choosing how references display (none, passage last, passage each, or verse references). My big recommendation: don’t just fire verses live from the Bible tab—copy them into a new presentation so you can Quick Edit, keep your sermon notes organized, and run a consistent theme every week.
