This week in Weekly Vlog #18, I’m reflecting on something that’s been sitting with me lately: the way feeling at home in my space is so similar to feeling at home in my clothes. When I’m surrounded by objects that actually mean something to me—things I’ve collected, made, or upcycled—I feel calmer, more grounded, and more like myself. And honestly, it’s the exact same feeling I get when I’m wearing clothes that feel like me, not like I’m trying to chase a trend or prove something. I also share a little peek into a sweet outing with friends from the Italy Sustainable Fashion Tour (it was so nice to reconnect), and I chat about the sew-along I hosted with my online sewing community. This vlog is very much about slow fashion, creativity, and choosing authenticity over outside noise—because once you’re comfortable in your own style, other people’s opinions kind of fade into the background.
