I’m a few days out from a 10-day Vipassana silent meditation course, and this vlog is basically me in real-time trying to recalibrate back into “normal life.” Everything feels a little weird—like I’m inspired and also don’t care about anything at the exact same time. I share how that post-course feeling reminds me of my 2020 era (fasting, breathwork, deep inner work) where you start questioning what actually matters and why you’re doing anything at all. It’s a super simple, real-life day: I get my once-a-year “girly moment” nails (and have thoughts), I get overwhelmed by the world being loud and busy again, and I lean into slow living—one task per day kind of energy. I make homemade hummus with my new $20 food processor (no measuring, just vibes), talk about getting back to my daily hour of breathwork after being off for a couple months, and share little lifestyle resets like herbs, errands, and craving movement again. I also do a mini haul (Dollar Tree + Target), decorate my place with cozy Christmas touches, and give a quick life update about working part-time at a wellness center in Atlanta for the social aspect. It’s presence over pressure—messy kitchen, real routines, and choosing what feels true right now.
