This video is basically me digging up “lost files” from November and December—right after I got back from my second Vipassana course—and letting you in on what’s been shifting internally. I’m not the same human I was a few weeks before that sit. This time I served in the kitchen (so yes, I could talk), and it honestly felt like the exact experience I needed: community, using my hands, learning recipes, and letting myself be raw enough to actually receive the practice. There were deep cries—about my cousin, about breakups, about old versions of me—but it felt like paying respect, not just being sad. I also share how Vipassana brought me back to consistency with my spiritual practices. I’ve been doing more hour sits, and I’m back in a daily rhythm with breathwork too (sometimes one, sometimes the other, sometimes I split it). You’ll see rainy-day resets, groceries, a vegan ramen experiment, coffee shop work days, and an astrology reading that reminded me to trust myself and lean into leadership. And I get real about 2025 being financially and mentally tough as a business owner—how my inner critic can compile a whole “failure highlight reel” mid-walk—and why therapy (with the right therapist) became a genuine asset for me. This is a presence-over-pressure kind of vlog: imperfect hair, real life, and choosing to keep moving forward.
